What is a Home Inspection?

A property inspection is a visual evaluation of all the readily accessible systems in the house including the foundation, siding, windows, doors, roof, attic, heating/cooling systems, plumbing, electrical and interior of the home.

After Don has completed the inspection, he’ll give you a verbal walk-through of his findings and then write his full findings in an inspection report.

If any significant issues are found, he’ll explain them in detail. In some cases, he may recommend that a trade professional like a plumber or electrician be called to examine it more closely.
